WTD: Front derailleur band-on shim 28.6-31.8mm

Anyone have a 31.8mm -> 28.6mm shim for a 6700 band-on front derailleur? Apparently it's the same part for all of the 6700, 5700 and 6600 series mechs and I can't see why it should be much different for any other types. Happy to pay in beer/swap for other obscure parts!

I have a wheels manufacturing one which doesn't fit inside the mech but around the seat tube and then fit mech over the top.
