Dibs - (for a buddy - will likely know later today if that's ok?)
-
• #3
False alarm - no spare cash at the mo. Carry on and have a bump for a beautiful wheelset.

• #4
Cheers, no problem.

Can't understand why these haven't sold yet...
£130 delivered anyone?
-
• #6
Crazy... are the QRs replaceable for a thru-axle on the XT hubs? If not, that would be my only suspicion.
-
• #7
Apparently not.
-
• #8
I suspect you are correct.
650 front with QR? Hmmm
-
• #9
Actually I have the same front hub available in 15mm thru-axle which I can re-build onto that rim instead of the QR version. Could do the same for the rear (12mm thru axle) if anyone is interested?
-
• #10
How are the nipples different on these rims? Is special care required re-building 'em?
-
• #11
Also... Are these the m8000 hub? & Where are you based
-
• #12
They're nipples and washers that come with the rims. DT insists on the builder using these and nothing else with the rims. I'm a wheel-builder by trade, so re-building these won't be anything testing :-)
They are M8000 hubs and I'm based in Sawley near Derby/Notts

Last drop - £120 for the QR hubs, or £150 to rebuild onto thru-axle hubs.

you still got these ?
Brand new unused wheels handbuilt by me for a customer who pulled out...
Built up for a 27.5-inch / 650b MTB project, but surplus to needs: DT Swiss EX471 rims laced to Shimano Deore XT hubs (standard quick release) with 32 x DT Competition spokes per wheel and using the official DT Swiss PHR washers and squorx alloy nipples. Includes QR skewers. Total weight: 1909g.
New price is about £300, though I'd like a quick sale, so asking £150 delivered.
