I've just decided to sell this beautiful Gazelle AA special. Actually the plan was to use this bike for this years edition of the Retro Ronde of Vlaanderen and L'eroica Limburg but I've changed my plans. Therefore this bike is for sale. Bought it some months ago from a former Pro that lived in Sint Willebrord a place near the Belgium border. This was top of the bill and the best that gazelle had to offer in their line up of 1985. A real racing machine. It has a racing number holder and more extra options like the left chromed rearstay and also the possibility to mount an extra water bottle cage on the seat tube. Overall condition of the bike is stunning, it has some paint chips and touch ups here and there, which you can clearly see in the pictures. The chrome is in almost new condition and all the parts are also in a good condition. Did a test drive yesterday and it rides very smooth.
Framenumber: 3290787, which dates it 1985.
Bike has completely been rebuilt, all the cables and the handlebar tape are renewed. Shifter cables are still the white coated original ones. The bike is equipped with a Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset. Brakes are Modolo sporting and the headset is from stronglight. Wheels are Campagnolo record hubs laced to Mavic MA 40 rims. Technically the bike is in a perfect condition.
