Seems like something your local bike shop might have in stock. Have you checked with them?

Yeah, the only ones I have seen available to buy are ones just for the inner cable.

You could run the cable right round the bottom bracket and stop the cable on your seat tube, using something like this ...

Ah nice, I haven't thought about doing it that way. Looks to be my easiest solution and means I wouldn't need to drill and tap the BB shell. Only downside that I can see is that on my setup it would leave the outer cable facing upwards to contain water.

True, but you could use a stainless steel inner cable, plastic ferrule on that end and use a little silicone grease to help prevent water ingress.

No probs.
I am going to be rebuilding my bike up soon with some new components and want to run as full an outer cable to the front mech as possible. I have been looking online for a cable guide that incorporates an outer cable stop. The closest I have got to finding what I am after is one fitted to new Mason bikes. Does anyone know of anything like this that is available to buy ?
This one was custom made by mason with a 3d printer but would be exactly the sort of thing I am after, however they do not sell them...
