Awful picture I know... Only evidence I have of these lights ever having existed.

I think they're called Axa Liggi lights:
I believe it was a Kickstarter project, but you can buy them (here in The Netherlands) from a supermarket chain for €3.99 (a pair):

Not sure where else to buy though.

You throw the whole thing away when the battery goes flat? What a waste!
-

Yeah you can pick them up in any albert heijn over here in nl. Can pick up some and post at cost to you if you like, however as op said, they are not particularly resourceful.

Yesssss, amazing! thats them alright, remember the packaging too. Thank you!

It's not a waste at all in the grand scheme of things, consider all the lights you have had that got water damaged, that you never replaced the batteries in, that got nicked, that cracked, that you lost, that the fitting broke on ect. In the last four months I have gone through 3 sets of shitty lights, edging on four now - thats waste. We are talking about a couple of grams of plastic here. About as wasteful as the disposable toothbrush you own.

Resourcefulness aside, I have not seen anywhere to purchase these lil guys (outside the netherlands of course) I would definitely be interested yeah!

There's also (one would assume) a circuit board, with componentry, solder etc.

As equally shitty but the battery can be replaced.

thats just not the same though is it. those rubber things break and suck

why not buy a half decent light instead of shitty ones? my exposure tracer has lasted 3 years so far. I imagine that is about the same as those shit ones you need to keep re-buying but with the bonus of being a good light

Buy cheap, buy twice. My Moon lights are going on 4 or so years and still rocking.

Those Decathlon lights do actually last a long time, Ive had mine for at least 2 years and they been fine, and they're great to chuck on the racing bike as they don't require a mount.

Spotted these in the local ah last night. 4 euros per set.
The best bicycle lights ever... and I can no longer find em, anywhere :( :( :( I have asked the guys over on the 'lights' post but nobody seems to know. I'm really trying to find somebody who knows anything about these!
I was in Holland a year or two ago and unwittingly bought a set of 'cable tie mechanism' rubber one piece bicycle lights. ~amazing~ once they go on they never come off until you snip them off and put them in the bin - no replaceable batteries, waterproof, really minimalistic form and impossible to take off without a knife or scissors - snap on and forget! Really cheap and pretty bright too with none of the traditional problems associated with lights; getting lost/stolen/dropped/cracked/wet/and with odd batteries that you never replace - I will be so sad if they are no longer made.
Can somebody please tell me where to buy theses type of lights again! I will be very greatfull!
