I have a one year old 13" Retina MBP for sell. High spec, boxed and all the original stuff. It never left the office and was used with an external keyboard so it's in very very good condition - even the charger doesn't have any scuffs on it. It is stupidly fast with a 2GBps read/write on the drive. Wipes the floor with my other MBP.
