Note you might need different washers, dependent on the width of the recess in the front of the brake legs in your pic. But the SJS ones above should be ok I think, unless anyone better informed can correct me!

They're also called eyebolts.

I've got a pair of shimano cantilevers up for sale here. For a fiver, you'll get not only the eyebolts but also spare shimano pads and straddle cable!
