In the titanium colour if anyone has one and bars in 40-42 cm please let me know ? 1 inch steerer and 25.4. Cheers

That's the old British standard, which was adopted in the Far East: Italian bars & stems are almost always 26.0mm.

The notable exception being earlier Cinelli (up to the early/mid-Nineties I think), which are 26.4mm.

I have seen occasional references to 25.4mm (and others), but I'm not sure that I trust the sources and either way they are very much the exception to the rule.

So much so, that if I would be inclined to question the measurements.

I have a rare 3TTT record stem, perfect condition...but that's a 70's thing!
