Dolan PC and Miche Primato BB not quite threading?

Hey,

So I just bought a Dolan PC frameset which I'm assembling with a Miche Primato Advanced crankset and Miche Primato BB. My problem is that it almost seems that the BB won't fit with the frame. I'm really making sure that I'm threading it on the right way and that everything is straight. It goes on for like three spins and then it's stuck and I need to use the tool to get it to move more and it's REALLY tough. It almost feels like I'm cross threading but It's impossible. Instead now I'm afraid that I have the wrong BB which seems impossible aswell haha. I'm using grease and the tool etc. Should I just keep on screwing it on or is something wrong?

Is the frame new? A bb tap will do, the bb you have is correct.

Yes, it's a new frame and new bb. Ah, I see! Might just see if my local bikeshop has one then. Thanks!
