It's lost the beading ability of the fabric (apparently you can wash these things too much) but still fits wonderfully and keeps you warm over a wide range of temperatures. It's theoretically possible to recover the beading so you might be lucky.

Actually i saw that saddle at the Birmingham bike show and they are really nice.

Dibs please on the bont shoes. I have genuinely super wide pasties and am a tight wad, endlessly searching for a pair of these at a price I can afford. Even contemplated making my own shoes for my hobbit feet!

Same here regarding making them; actually I'd even started designing and buying the materials to make my own. Looks to be very expensive though - even if you make the prototypes in woven fibreglass as I'd planned.

Thanks very much kind sir. I gave up after searching for the carbon and resin and realising I'd be spending a fortune 'practicing' before they're would be anything that could possibly be used to show for my efforts!
