  • Hi cycling folk . . .

I was selling this a few months back, but work got in the way and it's been sat on my sofa since . . . so price reduction to sell: £200.

Rare 1970s Tommassini Lo-Pro fork and frame, in great condition, comes with a full set of custom made Tommassini decals for when you have it sprayed/finished.

Drag image into new browser window to see it full size.

Here is the only other example of this frame set I've seen built up:

Pick up only, I'm in Belsize Park / Camden.

  • undibs soz!

  • Did you think it was the bottom pic?

  • what's the story with the rear dropouts? is it a converted road frame?

  • Good price for someone willing to do it up.

  • "what's the story with the rear dropouts? is it a converted road frame?"

Yep, the original frame had front facing drops (the same is true for the built up example above), so I had rear facing Paul drops brazed on.

P.S - behind the word 'PAUL' are threaded holes that run rearwards, so you can screw in some thread rod to tension the rear wheel/chain, no need for chain tensioners. I have the threaded rod somewhere.

  • What's the c-c effective (or actual) top tube in mm? Also, are the decals like those in the picture of the other frame? cheers

  • ok thanks

"What's the c-c effective (or actual) top tube in mm?"

Not 100% sure, if you tell me what to measure I can measure it for you. The frame was lined up with a medium Argon Electron Track frame, and the top of the head tube / BB shell / top of the steat tube all lined up pretty much identically give or take 0.5 - 1cm, so the contact points will be pretty much the same as a medium Argon Electron (check out their site for precise numbers), that's the best guide I have at the moment, but like I say, tell me what to measure and I'll whip out the tape measure.

Also, are the decals like those in the picture of the other frame? cheers

    I'll grab a photo of the decals later too . . . .

  • Would you sell me just the forks? :~)

Would be just what I need for my Tommasini Air

  • Sizing image . . . .

    Seatpost size standard: 27.2mm
