Cracked top tube?

A teeny crack in the paintwork where the cable housing enters the internal routing on my top tube has got a whole lot worse in a matter of days. I've attached some pics to show how the crack has worked it's way around the top tube. It looks pretty bad and I was wondering if anyone could advise who to take this to in London?

Winston Vaz can replace your top tube, should be £90 according to his website, although that's excluding painting the replacement, his brother Mario can refinish it though...

contacted cinelli? still some warranty in place? (looks like a pretty new frame)

I bought it off a Dane who used to race it and kept it in good nick. Neuron tubing so I think it's 90's. Anyway, no warranty, that's for sure :(

you could get that welded, if you were prepared to bring it to brighton i could do it for you for a few beer tokens/bottle of wine.
