Not sure tbh. The way it works normally is simply removing the whole QR skewer from the rear wheel and replacing it with the one provided so that the ends are the right shape to fit into the clamps. If you can replace whatever you've got with a QR skewer then I guess it would work, but you could always bring the wheel to try it?
