Shoubike never materialised, might have been my fault, who knows, no biggie, but still for sale, price drop to £45.
-
• #13
Another price drop as the wife is turning up the whinging about this taking up space under the bed, where no one see's it or feels it's in the way, but you know, can't put things under a bed in a large empty space.
£40.
Also have the record player for sale...

Just so I know, how much for the pair?
-

That's a tough one. Beogram go for near 250 when working perfectly. I sent this one off for a service, which it received, and was working perfectly, but then something got knocked in the post and the pick up point is off. If someone knows how to adjust it it'll be perfect again. But yeah... not too sure.

Still have this... no price drop I'm afraid but also have a spare Airport Express which I used to use plugged into this. Good set up. £80 for the pair.

I have a cupboard with a cambridge amp in it already.
So, after being a total bore for a long time I bought a new amp and have my old one going spare...
Its served me well, my reason for upgrading were partly boredom and partly the desire for more power. This was a budget amp in it's day so it's not anything too special but they built them proper back then it's aged well.
All working near perfect, I suspect the Phono inputs are not as clean sound wise as they could be although I have no idea why or real proof (might have just earthed my turntable incorrectly). I also put fresh veneer on the PDF panels, badly, but thats an easy fix for someone and would make it an ownable emotional investment.
I had it linked up to a Beogram 1203 and an Apple Airport express and it worked great - Belted out Taylor Swift Vinyl or Spotify well into the small hours. My neighbours hate me. They actually moved house. It has 4 RCA input options and room for 4 speakers. Also built in radio works perfectly, as do all the lights. I can imagine someone who is wise could open her up and give it a good clean and replace a firewire or something and it'll sound better than new.
Anyway... looking on ebay there are a few stating at £10 and a few Buy now at £100-£150. These are no way worth £100, bloody chancers.
Hows £60 sound to folks?
Collection E3.
