Office/Studio space

Just on the off chance...

Anyone work in property in Brighton or otherwise have any knowledge of an office or studio available for a long term rent (though I'd consider buying a lease or freehold of the right place).

We're flexible in terms of needs but would like:

Ideally two rooms, space for 6 desks in one room and space for a large meeting room table in the other. Ideally central but Kemptown would be cool too. Ideally it would be in a building with secure bike storage. Would also like the building to be a bit nicer than shit carpets, polystyrene ceilings and strip lights. We're growing at a rate of knots and all we see advertised are crappy serviced offices on Queens Road or dingy things in New England House.

We have some dollar. What have you got?

We're an advertising production company - TV commercials, branded docs etc.
