Job Description

Working as part of a dynamic team we are seeking a full time sales staff that has a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidates will have a willingness to develop their skills and be keen to learn more about cycling, training will however be provided. Previous sales experience will be advantageous as well as an interest in cycling and helping people establishing their cycling adventures.

THE PERSON:

This exciting customer centric role requires candidates with great communications skills, ensuring consistently high standards in customer service and sales as well as respecting and maintaining the outlook of the store. You will be able to confidently discuss customer cycling adventures to ensure correct purchase decisions and maximize sales. You’ll enjoy the busy demands of a sales environment as well as be a team player who possesses good administration skill.
