Price drop! £440.
Appreciate this probably isn't the perfect forum for such a bike, will give this until the end of the weekend before heading to 'the bay'.

Surprised this hasn't gone already, that is a very good price for a Brompton. Proper bargain.

Quite agree -=Mike=-, an incredibly offer indeed!
1st dibs goes to @user49586 pending collection etc. For the record, I wouldn't have accepted £400 and yes, you do need a Brompton in your life!

Hi - would you be willing to ship to Stockholm Sweden and if so -at what cost?
To use the parlance of a used car seller; this is a Brompton M3L with one very careful lady owner - my mum!
I believe it's originally a 2004/2005 frame but has had a nearly full rebuild over the years so difficult to age in a meaningful way. Despite only covering about 50 miles per year it's been fully serviced annually (including replacement parts) until recently (about 2012) as part of an employment perk. Will summarise the condition/upgrades etc. below and there's an album of images linked at the foot of the post. I'm a Brompton rider myself so if you have any technical questions give me a shout and I'll try to respond.
Frame/forks/fold - ridiculously good condition for the age, even the paintwork inside the hinges is clean. The hinges for the fold have obviously been well serviced and/or possibly replaced as the fold is far smoother than on my own 2011 Brompton.
Brakes - these are the Brompton-branded single-pivot calipers which I think were introduced from about 2008 onwards (replacing the Saccon City 2 which were terrible). Braking never feels amazing on a Brompton IMO but especially light here - probably going to want to replace the pads and possibly adjust the cable tension, haven't had time to fiddle around with this.
Pedals - LH folding, RH non-folding. Standard Brompton.
Cranks/gears - Brompton branded, still the stock/standard configuration for an M3L. 3 speed shifter feels fine, took a bit of encouragement to click into first gear on my brief test ride but just a case of moving the barrel adjuster.
Wheels/hubs/rims - assuming the hubs/rims are original as they look a bit dated but all clean and rust-free, Schwalbe marathon tyres. Haven't investigated the tubes but have held their pressure perfectly during the month or so this has been in my possession so no concerns there. Front wheel could use a bit of tinkering with a spoke-key as not quite true currently.
Other bits - original 'M' bars, standard (current) Brompton grips, standard seatpost, basic saddle (no idea of brand - ugly but comfortable!). Also has the front block for luggage added.
Basically in very good condition - £460 collected from Hackney (E5), will consider postage. If you're ashamed about owning a Brompton I can guarantee discretion.
