Langster 2012 headset issues

I bought a Cane Creek IS41 headset , which according to the manufacturer should fit perfect, also Specialized dimensions match. Though, the bearing sits about 3mm deeper in the frame and is not in contact with the top cap. Any ideas? Anyone that found a headset for 2012 Langster?

Let me tell you something. Specialized headset "mindset" is a bellend.

And one important note. Keep the VP-A18AK top cap. As far as I can remember FSA does one similar for replacement, but not remember from where. So it's better to keep the original.

My one was 2010 but didnt need a spacer, so not much help here.
