Wanted: plastic plugs for drilled brake holes

Posted on
  • ...unless I'm being completely stupid I can't find anywhere that sells these; the plastic plugs to put in a fork brake hole.

I've just picked up a Felt TK2 and both front fork and rear end is drilled. I wanted to plug the holes (not permanently as I may put a front brake on if TT'ing in the future). Purely aesthetic - would look nicer.

I need one white and one black

    Any ideas???

  • I just used electrical tape over mine.

  • What about tidds?

    http://www.siliconetidds.com

But yeah, just cutting a piece (circle if you want to be fancy) of electricians tape is surely the easiest way.

  • I saw these today and thought of this thread...

  • Thanks for all your replies.

I've gone for Tidds (yes I know they're expensive but they'll look nice - better than me trying to cut up some tape).
