FS: Woman's clothing: softshell, jerseys, shorts and a skirt

Have been trying to clear out my closet a bit… so here goes:

Pearl Izumi PRO soft-shell size S -- super cozy, fits like a glove. windproof/ water resistant with stretch panels at the sides. not worn very much because I tend to overheat
Howies shorts S -- Epic cotton. comfy but bit big for me. Would say its a biggish size 10
Sugoi shorts M -- around a size 10/ 12. Very nice all round shorts, font and back pockets with a bit of reflective detail on the back. Lightweight fabric
Sugoi plaid jersey S -- nice summer jersey. 3 back pockets, slight stain on righthand one from a squashed banana once
Twin Six Speedy Bike Club Milan jersey S -- not sure why I bought this but it was on sale. Nice quality summer jersey.
Pearl Izumi skirt S -- lightweight fabric with wrap skirt style slits on both sides, good for running/ cycling

20 for the softshell. fiver for everything else

Would you say the softshell size it true to this chart? http://www.pearlizumi.co.uk/sizing ? I'm very sure it's a bit too small for me but can't resist checking..
