Cheapest way is by ferry from New Heaven to Dieppe, and take the train for LDN->NH and Dieppe->Rouen

Quickest should be the eurostar to Paris then Train for Paris->Rouen

Would have loved to do this Maks but maybe next year! Would have made it with a bit more notice.
