Been meaning to list these bits for months, and the inevitable Holiday season boredom has kicked me into gear.
I'm slowly stripping my old commuter down and getting rid of some other bits that are surplus to requirements. Here's the first few bits.
All prices include postage as I live in Gateshead & work in Sunderland. In the unlikely event that anyone local wants to collect, we can work out a further discount :)
I ran these in all weathers on my old commuter/runabout Pompino. Approx 2.5k miles on the rims, probably twice that on the hubs which had new bearings fitted when they were built into these wheels. Plenty of wear left in the rims themselves (indicators pictured), and the hubs still feel plenty smooth.
The rear hub is a flip-flop/fixed-free arrangement, and the attached freewheel is a 16t Hope Clickster. I don't really know what to say about it, other than it is obnoxiously loud.
There are some small cosmetic chips to the rims, and most of the eyelet holes appear to suffering from oxidation. The worst couple are pictured. I've no idea if this is normal for these rims or not.
The fitted tyres are totally optional, but can be considered a freebie. Plenty of wear in them though there's a couple of cuts in the rear if I remember correctly. I'll remove them if they're unwanted, and I'll also clean everything before shipping, of course.
All in all, these wheels a bit scruffy, but utterly solid. Would do well for a commuter/runabout beater sort of thing. Polo?
Price drops! Forgot to mention that the rear hub is a fixed/free arrangement.

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot
> Quote text by starting lines with >
Mention another user by @username
For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Your code goes here
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.

Tektro Mini-V Brakes
Pretty worn standard pads
£10 posted, offers invited.
Removed from the same bike, these are in need of new pads, and possible a new rubber tube thing (??) on the front, but are otherwise in good order.
80mm arms, meaning short pull, so they'll work with road levers. I used them with Cane Creek thingies.
Please fire away with questions/offers on any the above :)
Cheers
