Just saw this in a tweet from Jo-Liss, it's the same part, one designed by a human, the other a result of a computer having a crack at it:

Depends how you define a printed bike. I was at Develop3D last year and Renishaw and Empire had their additive manufactured titanium bike there which I would count.
