Can you help to identify these Panasonic track frame?

Panasonic Fixed Gear Frame and Threadless Reynolds Steel Fork that is partially chromed and has Campagnolo Dropouts with Eyelets . Fork possibly came off a Raleigh or Lenton Sports Frame and is not original . Frame dimensions are 54 center to center seat tube and 56 cm center to center top tube . Rear spacing is 120 mm and front wheel spacing is 100 mm. Frame angles are approximately 73 seat tube angle and 73.5 head angle. Frame has Suntour track style rear dropouts. 25.4 seatpost

Looks like a frankenbike. Maybe it's DIY.

Reasons why it's not a trackbike:
"dropouts" = el cheapo
lids for cables = 'cause we all have to break on the track... yeah right
drill(s) = just no
seatpost pint = holy shit what's wrong with that thing?
strange lugs = why different lugs on the bb?

does yours have any markings/numbers on the bottom bracket or dropouts? Might be hard to tell as it looks like it's got some pretty thick paint on it

frame is still coming to me from the US, thats why some information is not available. Seller says that the frame was purchased in 1980's. he is sure it is a Panasonic made in Japan frame. The frame originally had a very low quality fork . The original color was black with white decals.
