Is the POC blue in real life or black?

in some countries it's stated as Navy Black in other - Nickel Blue, but it's the same color. Hard to say really. I've bought it as it was the blackest of them all. Here it is next to the proper black mavic. It's shot with lots of light. the less light there is the blacker it looks)
