Roberts race chassis

I am trying to identify this Roberts Chassis , I have recently aquired it , and I would like to know more about it , I have contacted the factory , however , they tell me that after a fire several years ago , they only have records from 5 digit chassis number, this chassis is number 8665 , thanks in advance.

I think you mean a frame however "race chassis" sounds a it more interesting I suppose

I think it's the 65th frame they made in 1985

If you want to sell it, then place a proper advert in the the right place.

You don't have to, but you'd be well advised to decide on a price, otherwise you'll just get lots of "how much" questions and/or piss-taking. If you really have no idea and can't be bothered to do the research, then just stick it on eBay.

You also need to find out how much it will cost to ship to the UK, get a bike box and make sure you know how to pack a frame properly to avoid damage.
