There is lifetime warranty for the frameset.

Such a warranty is usually restricted to the original purchase from new. Have you proof that this warranty extends to a second hand purchase?

Split is not going to happen, sorry.

This is correct, warranty is usually only valid for the original owner.
However, I would be more than happy to personally help you with the warranty claim if ever needed. I have a direct contact at Giant so this will not be a problem.
