  • @timbre @uoeno holy shit

  • Ha! Yeah i saw this, too big for you? ;)

  • v.nice, how much would you be willing to sell the frame, 2*forks and rear wheel for...

  • The forks are not drilled for a brake so it won’t do as a street fixie.

Better not buy it then, pretty rad tho

  • Its your size mate

  • Ahh yeah I didn't read that bit, I better check my other street fixies to see if they have brakeless installed.

  • Replacement for the boardman? ;) :)

  • Yeah fam why not!

The frame is 3 sizes too big for me, no clearances for mudguards, no "street fixie", 13 years older than the Boardman, a perfect replacement!

  • Your Fort is the same size as this right? Still for sale?

  • Having brake less installed is dangerous and you shouldn't do it. I once brakeslessed into a police car and they beat me to death with their police sticks before telling me to rlj off into the distance.

    i got carried away

  • True story

  • Oh my word.

I mean I've heard stories about having brakelulz installed but I didn't know that they were true.

I once heard that somebody brklussed straight into the roadworks and managed to get a traffic cone stuck on his head permanently.

He had to live life with the cone stuck on his head. The doctors couldn't do anything to help so they had to cut eye holes on the traffic cone so he could see.

One Halloween he went to a party as a ghost but because he had the traffic cone on his head and a white sheet on top, people thought he was in the KKK and he got beats up real bad.

He died and he now haunts all of the roadworks.

    This is possibly true man.

  • Yeahh man, the fort is exactly like this. Hold on lemme post a pic.

@allister do you know if this'll fit me? I'm 171cm tall, wingspan of 180cm and inseam of 27 inches. Cheers

  • Being a ghost is the best time to ride bracklezz, cus if you have the crash that you where inevitably going to. You just ghost straight through

  • This is very accurate.

My mates uncles, wife's, grandads cat is a lawyer and told me that if you are a ghost and you RLJ you are breaking the "Paranormal Disorder Act 1982"

  • Pic of my fort, in a size slightly bigger though:

  • Lovely colour, tight clearances as well.

Would you consider the splitting frame and cannon?

  • Dibs if it has a moat

  • @timbre

I've got this slightly vintage Fort, tubing from Italy but built in near-by Coventry, a couple years old has nice patina, but still very solid and noice lugs aswell . Tubing is Wood853, if that helps, PM for info :)

  • That's proper nice man.

@timbre @Uoeno I have done some investigation on my bikes and I have discovered the one of my fixies has brakeless installed. I need to download a "brakeless uninstaller" but it wont work if I have windows vista. How do I know what operating system my bike is? And where do I put the floppy disk? Thanks.

  • I've heard the only way to deinstallize brklz is to go to herne hill on a foggy night and keo spin in the middle, that will summon that ghost dude from earlier in this thread. Then you just have to pass stage 2 accreditation and be a total badass at the same time, hard because the guys at herne hill hate badasses. Only then will your fixies be safe for the mean streets or within 2.3 miles of herne hill

  • Thanks for the clear and detailed answer.

I'll give that a go as soon as I can put the bike back together.

I've currently got 7 marbles, half a carrot, a banana, a bratwurst wrapped in a condom and a crushed up floppy disk stuck down the seat tube and I'm having trouble getting the seatpost back into the bike.

  • Is this MySpace or something? Fuck me.

  • FFS, you go out to work having posted a bike advert and when you get home it's morphed in to some crackpot diatribe that looks like to outpourings of some one that's taken who knows what , during day light hours too.

Any one remember the bike that's for sale here ....
