Photo with bearing out the way?
Looks like integrated crown race?

Will get another photo in a bit. Integrated as in not removable?
The spec for the bike says it ships with no crown race in place and also has a 36 degree chamfered bearing.

What year is the bike. I have a 2014 argon 18 krypton and mine seems to sit a lot better than that.
I doubt the crown race is glued as there would be no reason to do so as the press fit is pretty snug.
I could never find a nice way of getting a crown race off. -

possibly you want a 36/45 bearing to accommodate the differing chamfer angles between fork crown race and headtube seat

Have changed to crown race and it now sits much better. Still some movement in the fork but I think it's the fork itself. Its more like flex than play when holding the front brake.
On my Argon 18 Krypton the lower fork bearing doesn't sit flush on the crown race. The bearing is 1 1/4 inch with a 45 degree internal chamfer. The crown race doesn't have a matching chamfer and the bearing 'floats' about 3mm from the top of the fork. I have a different crown race on the way but wanted to get some other opinions first.
Current crown race is also very difficult to remove even with a correct tool. Could it be glued?
