Lezyne Super drive 575 lumen: I have one and its spot on for dark lanes, or set it to flash for traffic.
Cheap on SportPursuit:

Thanks for the tip, I might land on that, but given import duties here in Norway, I would prefer to buy (used) privately.

I have an offer for a great light, but its right at the limit of what I can afford, and so if anyone has something pretty good (Knog Blinder road, Lezyne, etc.) for £50 or less, let me know.

Those sport pursuit chaps have just put the knog blinder 5.5 on there for £40. Don't know if that will squeeze under your import duty threshold. good luck!

Hi there, I have a Light & Motion Urban 200 for sale, 200 lumens on full power, designed and made in the U.S, so excellent build quality and under your £100 budget. It's hardly been used, I've only put it through a handful of charge cycles, so the battery is basically new and it's in good nick cosmetically. Here's a link to a review of it, I'm happy to post to Norway at cost, so PM me if interested, thanks.

I have a Lupine Tesla 5 for sale if interested? 700 lumen, all original parts and packaging, owned from new etc. PM me if interested.
Anything battery powered from 200 lumen up. Optics over power, solid build quality over price. May be well used so long as it still works well (battery life good). With those guidelines in mind, I'm interested in anything sub £100.
