That hilarious I'm 6'1 normal frame around 60cm. I reckon with seat post at maximum insertion I might get decent contact with pedals but my nuts! I'm tempted to buy just for the novelty value!

Small Ding to top tube and paint has come been worn away under the top tube by a lock by the looks of things. Drive side adjuster pin is bent but can be removed or straightened. (see photos)
really needs to be ratted or restored.
