Hi Chris,
I guess the realisation has set in that I am not going to be using any of this kit again and the development riders look at it in a funny way as if its from another world, which I guess it is !
Once I have parted with some of it I think I will let most of the rest of it go to some one that will use and appreciate it !
Letting the made to measure track frames go will be the tough one ..... -

I'd say those cranks are underpriced at £70... Probably worth double that if they're without cracks etc.
Just sayin' ;-)

Keep hold of it! Money comes and goes but that thing will bring back many a memory I'm sure.
And yep, double the price of the cranks, you're too much of a decent chap. -

I'd like the headset please. Happy to bow out if you get persuaded to keep it, or find a buyer for the entire group ...

I am tempted to let the advert run till tomorrow and see if some one who is at work at the moment might take the lot in one go .
For the folk that would like the headset , I have a few very good condition Grand Sport ones that would be a bit cheaper.
It seems that I am also a bit out of touch with the going rate for this vintage of equipment so any comments on pricing would be welcome before I list the next couple of boxes....

Hi JD,
I do have a couple of sets of Cinelli Criterium bars and 1A stems like the ones in the top picture that won't be using any more. I will get them from the bike store later today and do some snaps for you . -

@NorthLondonLight Isn't taking part more important than winning? There'd be no winners without the other participants ... glad you found your 28h hubs!

Through the 80's I did the UK outdoor track racing circuit and was overall probably 5th / 6th with riders like Stewart Brydon, Eddie Alexander, Steve Paulding , Mark Barry, Pete Boyd, Chris Pyatt, Mike Borman, and others. I had great fun and met some lovely people and one of the quotes that stuck in my mind from Mike Bormans dad was " if there was not riders like Mike and you there would not be any winners" we always seemed to be in the minor finals together ! Mind you there is some thing special about pulling a surprise move and winning.....
