Brian Rourke?

I have had this siting around for a while now and have had no luck determining the make of the frame. Its beautifully built but has been resprayed with B Rourke transfers, which i do not think is right. Any ideas.


I know that Ron Cooper used this seat stay style but the frame number doesnt really match.


AS Gillott used a similar frame number sequence in the late 60's/70's.
Or it could just be a Brian Rourke.?
