Thanks! Replied.

Very nice. And soon to be resold for a lot more than £180.

Also available on ebay! Wants more there though!

Is it really that valuable? Looks like it needs a lot of work.

It is quite valuable, a very desirable make. If Patrik buys it expect it to come up for around £1200 on here restored, the less good and quite chipped chromeless Ciocc he is currently selling is up for £850ish. Patrik clearly has a business to run and charges top dollar!

Thanks, that could happen but that's another issue. :)

Partik is thinking on it, he told he prefer track frames but this one waken up his interest... Anyway, it's still available.

I'm certain it will happen, but it isn't your issue! About £500 for chrome and paint if you know the right people, the re-selling price will show the profit margin....

Ah, the classic 'I only really want track frames, but I'll give you £150 for it' strategem....

Thanks but no bargain this time, I think even 180 is a friendly price. However I also have a Colnago frame I wanted to restore. Can be negotiable if you buy bulk... ;)

I know perfectly well what it is, which is rare but far from unique. If you have a business selling and restoring quality classic bikes and parts and people will pay your prices, good luck to you!

All true Colin. I'm going to post the Colnago now and offer bulk price. If there will be no better offer in the upcoming days I'll consider your offer.

Colnago is also online now, £300 + shipping if you take both.

Judging by his his other frames for sale, if patricksz buys it then it will get a lot of work put into it, and a lot of $$$ added to its resale price.
If the Ciocc was smaller, or the Colnago had the Ciocc's colour scheme, I'd be very keen.

That Ciocc is beautiful. Too tall for me or I'd take it even though I far from need it.

@Philbythesea IMO both is needed to be repainted so the colour scheme is up to the new owner. Lots of "original" possibilities out there...

Edit - sorry undibs i spoke too soon
I bought this frame ages ago and wanted to restore it.. unfortunately I didn't find any workshop in Hungary who can make reasonable chroming so I never started to work on it. Now I decided I let it go exactly on the same price I bought. No dents or cracks, only surface-rust. Straight as an arrow!
This post is about the FRAME + FORK only, however I can give also the headset and bottom bracket on the photos if needed (all was unequipped and cleaned meantime).
