Splitting my Yellow Neil Orrell - A banana split?

I'm sad to say that the time has come for me and my Neil to part ways. @haveo (my bestest buddy) and I bought Neil Orrell frames to be matchy matchy buddies but unfortunately the frame isn't quite the right fit for me so sadly we must part ways.

I'm saving the wheels, pedals and brake for myself

Interested in aero bars, do they fit 31.8mm?

I'm interested in the seatpost and saddle. I take it it's 27.2mm?

Yes it's 27.2 however the saddle and seat post are already provisionally sold - fizzy.bleach is second in the queue for seat post

They're 26.0 mm clamp size so probably not
