I am getting an old shopper bike to use as a mini cargo bike (I guess that's basically a shopping bike!).
The typical shopper has a fork or stem rack but I prefer frame mounted. I do have an Azor pickup which fits on the frame with a bracket and hose clamps http://www.dutchbikebits.com/azor-steco-frame-mounting-rack but it would be great to have mountings on the frame itself like the old BSA shopper, raleigh caprice or the lovely and unobtainable wren
Would it be possible to get some sort of boss or frame support brazed on to a raleigh 20 or similar, and anyone have a rough idea of cost? (I'm sure one of the old 20" wheel shopper bikes did have a frame rack but can't find it anywhere)
