Tange headset and Shimano UN54 BB 107mm ISO.
Chrome forks and Lancashire Rose headtube badge.

Seat tube is 53.5cm centre of BB to top of seat tube
Down tube is 63cm ctc
Seat tube to head tube is 54cm ctc
Front spacing is 100mm and rear is 120mm
Seatpost diameter is 26.4mm - have a fluted seatpost for £5 if needed

Is it intended for 27" wheels or are 700s ok?

My lady friend is a lot taller, like 5'10 but with a pretty short reach (my 54 square fruit salad she finds long) , is it possible that with a lot of seat post this could fit?

It had 700c on it. It needed long reach brake on the rear though but not on the front.

It could but I wouldn't recommend it.
