It is!

I thought it was :). I've been watching the auction as it's a great looking frame with geometry that should make for a sprightly ride :D think of a 70's TT frame which is my era, Just a tad too much......

Walvale 531c bike frameset built by Norman Roberts + brand new thomson elite seatpost 27.4
Norman Roberts was Jim Soen's mechanic: "Norman was team mechanic on the Tour l'Avenir as well as Peace Race. Though Norman considers his crowning glory was building the frame Bill Nickson used to win the Milk Race. As well as frames for other great riders."

Reynolds 531 Competition - very lightweight frame. Internal cabling through top tube and downtube.
Top tube ctc 56cm
Seat Tube ctc 58cm
2 things: there is a miniscule ding and I mean miniscule, hardly deeper than the paint which as you can see is hardly visible it if at all, also the paint on the seat tube has been pulled by when the use of a band on for the front mech. Structurally 10/10 sound, just blemishes from use.
£230 -> £220 -> £210 -> £200 + £20 postage or collection Suffolk
