I thought we had a deal sealed up on the Competition, via Retrobike?

I sent you a message over a week ago and never heard back from you. I assumed that you were no longer interested so moved the sale to this forum instead.

Your message said you'd be ready to post it in the next few days, which I assumed was an explanation for the delay. I was waiting for you to get the box you needed to post it.

I have bought the frame to try a larger size out than my 56cm.
I'm going to build it up at the beginning of September; I'll resell it if it doesn't work out so will give you heads up before advertising.

Ok, thanks.
Just got a new Frameset so both of these need to go.
The first one I bought from this thread on Retrobike , I've not used it so its in the same condition as shown apart from fitting a top nut to the headset. I paid £75 collected for it so I'd like to get that back if collected from Lincoln or £85 posted

Second is a Road Ace that I bought last year and had powder coated in a Merckx Molteni style with custom decals. It's an excellent job, some of the best powdercoat I've seen.
It developed a crack across the web of the downtube lug, I rode it like this for almost 1,000 miles (according to strava) and it never got any longer. I suspect it's just the web of the lug but I'm selling as spares or repair only. It also has a very shallow dent on the top tube.
Due to its issues I'd like £30 for it collected from Lincoln or £40 posted.
Any questions please ask.
