Lightweight casual style cycling friendly warmer weather jacket?

Currently have a U34 hoodie that's good for keeping a little bit of the rain off and the colder summer evenings, whilst looking fairly like a regular hoodie, but I'm currently finding myself wearing it more or less all the time so could do with expanding my wardrobe.

I have a Swrve deck jacket, but that's FAR too warm for this weather. I guess I run quite hot as that has become a winter jacket which has got me through a Finnish winter, so it's far from being suitable for warm weather.

Can anyone recommend any light, simple jackets or tops that look more like casualwear than srs cycling bzns that has a modicium of water and wind resistance?
