  • Anyone else read it?
    So much to learn, all the more challenging taking into consideration my memory!
    What was I saying? Lol
    I'm a veggie and my diet is crap, so I want to improve it, along with feeling better after rides, as I often suffer from aches and pains
    This of course, may have a detrimental effect on the environment around me, so I have a plan.
    Olbas Oil on cotton buds, up my nose! Lol

  • My entire nutrition strategy is water, bananas and beer.

  • given that gels are gooey, salty, sweet and fruit flavoured i have taken to making DIY gels from spunk and orange cordial
