Bought these as 'NOS' from a guy on here, and they were shipped from NL. They arrived with a whole bunch of marks on the decals, I guess from 'storage', so they weren't as minty as expected. I've tried to show that in the photos.
They have 19 written on them, so expect a 19cm steerer, which was quite accurate when I last knew where my ruler was...
One sound of a bit of loose change inside.
I bought these to replace my KM forks that had a seized stem inside, but a guy on the forum helped me drill it out, so these are surplus. I used them for the entirety of about a week or two, which was mostly to get from Elephant to Hackney to get the original forks sorted. No rough use at all, but can't be claimed as NOS any more. Sat in my room in the corner ever since.
Koga Miyata FM-1 forks, 1" threaded 19cm steerer

From the decal design these were for a Full-Pro model from 1992 (see here: http://www.pedalroom.com/bike/koga-miyata-full-pro-1992-4741 and )
FM-1 is also the highest triple butted steel KM were using.
