[WANTED] Steel track frame, 51 or 52cm m/m

I built a bike for the missus, but I calculated wrong and the frame is way to big for her (55cm m/m for a 1.60cm lady...), can barely make the crank turn.

Anybody got a smaller 1" headtube frame? 52cm would be ideal, 53cm maybe it would be pushing it...

I have a bike14 (Lee Cooper) 631 frame and forks might be in need of a respray 53 cm sq (c2c). Drilled for a front brake only..no dings or dents in London....£137....send a pm and then I will send you details...bought it on eBay and not yet collected it...What I bid...not making a profit....
