WANTED: Lo-pro track frame

Looking for a decent lopro track frame. Preferably front straight fork...

I'm based in London, but don't mind if I have to get it delivered from EU.

I have a budget of £400, but the frame clearly has to match up to that.
Will stretch budget if the frame is right.

I'm seriously considering selling my Condor. It's 700C front and back, and as 'lo pro' as you can get and still ride at Herne Hill (I set it up for HHV).

Thanks for the posts guys. Appreciate it. Not into Rychtarski frames or conversions. I used to have a Cliff Shrubb and a Rossin which I sold a couple of years back when I moved house.
If dreaming, a Yamaguchi, 3Rensho or Nagasawa... Pretty much NJS, but open to other frames like a Somec, Pinarello....
