I've got two stems that roughly fit that bill, I've got one SR one in 25.4, little ratty and an 80mm nitto pear in 26.0 if either sounds any good.

I like the pearl, but I need a 25.4 clamp as I already have a B260aa riser. And SR is Japanese isn't it?

Yeah, SR is Japanese IIRC, I'd be happy swapping it and throwing a bit of cash in if you wanted to use it as a placeholder. Or indeed just buying that stem off you, it's pretty much perfect for what I need.

Or, I'm pretty sure shims to take 26 down to 25.4 are pretty common and not too pricey if you wanted to use the nicer Pearl stem?

You can find these shims near your local canal path

Does it really work? I saw some scaring feedbacks about "can shim".
I'm tempted now, but I'm not sure about this DIY solution :s And I don't really want to spend a tenner in shims just for safety... -

You'll struggle to find an Italian stem in 25.4mm: that's the British/Far East standard size.

Yes, I checked velobase and all the Italian stems are in 26 or 26.4 :(

Stem sold, but I found the perfect substitute.
Hi,
Is there anyone interested by a stem trade?
I have: a 3ttt 2002 Evol, 110, 26 +/-0.4 clamp. As you can see in this picture(not mine) you can open this stem.
Here are my pictures:
What I would like: a short(70-90) italian stem: 3ttt, cinelli, itm... with a clamp size of 25.4
Thanks!
