If the whole thing is symmetrical a 2 mm difference amounts to a 1 mm difference in chain line. I wouldn't worry about that. Someone on here (probably tester) once linked to a paper showing that it doesn't matter much in terms of power transfer efficiency anyway.
If you insist on getting a 109mm bb you could get something else but make sure the spindle has ISO tapers, not JIS.

Tifosi do one that will fit.

I'd avoid a true ISO as Campagnolo cranksets of this age used a proprietory taper which needs to be deeper than a true ISO. You may & may not be lucky but the cranks can come too far up the taper with the back of the crank ending up hard against the scallop at the centre-line end of the taper - often, a cracked LH crank results.
You'd probably be best off looking for a period BB. Yes, they take more servicing, not being sealed, but a correct bracket will also not be likely to damage your cranks!
Good hunting ...

Its anything pre 1995 that needs a period bb i believe. Get this question in the shop all the time.

Any link how that thing should look like?
So this one would be bad I assume? http://www.ebay.de/itm/Tifosi-Campag-Campagnolo-ISO-Fit-Bottom-Bracket-/111176568818?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item19e2a3cff2

Yes that is not the right kne. You need a traditional cup and cone campagnolo bb.

allright!
thanks alot! then i'm forced to look after the cup and cone one :( i guess it would be the better to sell the crank :/
Hey guys,
I bought today a nice crankset for my current build (http://velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx?ID=5F6B1FE0-A554-479A-8F06-FB9832AAD00A&Enum=115&AbsPos=2) in pretty bad condition, but I'm gonna fresh them up ;)
VeloBase says, that I need a 109mm BB. I couldn't find any. Can I just use the Centaur BB (111mm)? Or is there a 109mm BB?
Thanks!
