Rear rack for Aero Seatpost

Does anyone know if these exist? I'm looking for a light rear rack to go on my Planet X's aero seatpost.

It's a much better option and with a combo framebag, saddlebag and gas tank, you should be able to go touring easily on it.

If commuting, framebag would be better if you don't carry much.
