I like it...good price too indeed
Those circles in the lugs remind me of Masi

Indeed - until I stuck a ruler to the bb shell, I thought I had a Masi!
As well as the perforated lugs, some Masi's of similar era had the slotted BB too
(source: http://bhovey.com/Masi/68MasiSpec/index.htm)Cinelli were pretty keen on the perforated lugs,
and Pogliaghi did similar things too
It's a rather italianate frame, the biggest UK-giveaway is that there are only cable stops for rear mech cables; Super-lightweight frames by top British builders in the 70's were almost exclusively for testers!

Just thinking about it makes it harder to part with it!
Here's it in action last summer in the Mendips

^Indeed, one hopes so!

Cinelli-esque pierced lugs
The most drilliumed BB in all christendom.
Fork is not original, it's made from Columbus SL but has a period correct Cinelli-Crown and campag ends, so it suits the build.

Great as a rat, but would also look splendid if painted up and shown some love too!
