Trade: Giro Terraduro 45 for Giro Terraduro/similar 46

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but couldn't find the trade forum. Apologies if this isn't right!

Just picked up a pair of black Giro Terraduros in size 45 from ebay. They're a tad too short, and the toe is really snug, so I was hoping to trade for the same model in a size 45.5/46/a similar model in the equivalent to 46. Preferably the same model (they are really comfy!) but other suggestions appreciated.

They're in pretty good condition. There are a few scratches and a big scrape on one of the buckles, fully functional though and cleaned when I got them. They seem like they've been well looked after. But yeah, happy to part-X too.

Also, if someone is looking to buy them and someone is looking to sell theirs at the same time I'd be happy to do that too.
