Road fork on Planet X pro carbon track bike

My track frame has been in the loft for the last eight months and is unlikely to be on the track any time soon so I am thinking of converting to road use. Has anyone fitted a road fork to one, the only matching one Planet X do nowadays is the pro carbon road , they don't do the tt fork anymore, perils of buying a white frame! Will a 45 mm rake make any difference and are the frames tolerable on the road or too harsh?

This fork works well. Looks very similar to the oem fork, I Use it on my px it has a bigger rake and higher a-c than the original fork but not much difference in the ride (but I'm sure on the track it is) has brake holes too if you need.

And the ride is not harsh at all, but all the old men on the forum and people who have never owned one will tell you it is.
